The successful candidate will spearhead revenue expansion, assemble and lead a dynamic sales team, and ensure outstanding client service. This pivotal leadership position offers significant visibility and directly influences the organization’s financial performance.

Oversee a range of essential duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Monitor progress, address challenges proactively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to align expectations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering professional growth.

Consistently surpass branch sales objectives, with particular emphasis on Non-Motor insurance offerings.

Recruit, onboard, and lead a dynamic team comprising Unit Managers, Marketing Sales Executives, Independent Agents, Bancassurance Executives, Brokers, and support staff, fostering an environment of excellence and high performance.

Execute company-wide strategies, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts at the branch level to drive growth and operational success.

Foster the expansion of the customer base while enhancing loyalty and overall satisfaction levels.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and systems is essential, as is strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are advantageous but not mandatory.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field is required. Additionally, possessing a diploma in insurance, such as those from the INK or CII, is advantageous.

Minimum of three years of operational experience within a branch setting is required.

Demonstrates a consistent ability to achieve or surpass sales quotas while effectively directing and motivating team performance.
