The PNL Manager is tasked with overseeing profit and loss statements to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sourcing, quality assessment, and procurement strategies for sustainable green coffee. Responsibilities include evaluating supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with environmental and ethical standards. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for market trends are essential to maintain a robust portfolio of high-quality green coffee suppliers.
