Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in alignment with organizational objectives, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Foster a culture of accountability by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics. Serve as a liaison between leadership and operational teams to communicate expectations, clarify priorities, and resolve conflicts. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices to uphold organizational integrity.

Strive to meet monthly sales targets consistently while expanding the customer base through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Ensures that high-quality loan applications are consistently identified and forwarded to the relevant business units for further processing.

Offer assistance in the restoration of facilities managed by you and your team.

Qualification

Hold a diploma or degree in sales and marketing or any field related to business.

Proficiency in practical operations within a Microfinance Institution is essential.

With a minimum of four years of hands-on experience in a leadership role, such as Team Leader or Branch Manager, you bring proven expertise in guiding teams and overseeing operations to drive success.
