THE JOB

As a Subagent, your primary responsibility involves facilitating connections between interested parents and students seeking overseas employment opportunities and Job Plus MHS College. This role entails no administrative tasks, performance targets, or financial contributions, ensuring a straightforward and uncomplicated engagement.

Your responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency. You will be tasked with overseeing project timelines, ensuring adherence to budgets, and mitigating risks to achieve predetermined objectives. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and recommend innovative solutions to enhance productivity and profitability. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to effectively coordinate teams, present findings to stakeholders, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and methodologies is required to execute tasks with precision and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

All admissions-related activities and administrative duties are overseen within this role. This includes managing application processing, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and coordinating with relevant departments to maintain efficient operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for handling multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to established protocols.

We offer a competitive salary structure alongside a commission-based compensation plan designed to reward performance and drive motivation.

A payment of Ash 5,000 per student will be processed through MESA within 48 hours following the receipt of the first installment from the student.
