The role encompasses comprehensive property management responsibilities, including overseeing maintenance operations, managing tenant relations, ensuring lease compliance, handling financial reporting, coordinating property inspections, and addressing emergency situations promptly. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in property management, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in property management software, and a thorough understanding of local housing regulations. Additionally, the position requires the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and maintain meticulous records of all property-related activities.

Responsibilities include directing the daily operations and administrative tasks associated with residential properties.

Oversee the complete lifecycle of tenant engagement, including initial onboarding, lease management, renewal negotiations, and final exit procedures.

Address tenant and landlord inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed promptly and courteously.

Facilitate the efficient execution of rent collection procedures, perform timely reconciliations, and compile comprehensive management reports to ensure accurate financial oversight.

Ensure the meticulous organization and upkeep of property records, tenant files, and lease-related documentation with the highest degree of accuracy and compliance.

Perform systematic property evaluations to verify adherence to established benchmarks and contractual obligations.

Facilities management encompasses a comprehensive range of operational responsibilities essential to maintaining and optimizing organizational infrastructure. This role involves overseeing building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to ensure functionality and compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, it requires managing maintenance schedules, coordinating vendor services, and addressing urgent repair requests to minimize operational disruptions. The position also entails supervising custodial staff, ensuring adherence to cleanliness and sanitation standards, and implementing sustainable practices where feasible. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary to collaborate with stakeholders and uphold facility performance.

Responsible for the comprehensive supervision of property maintenance initiatives, guaranteeing that all buildings remain in optimal operational condition at all times.

Oversee the planning and execution of both proactive maintenance initiatives and reactive repairs spanning electrical systems, plumbing networks, HVAC units, security infrastructure, and general facility works.

Oversee contractors, suppliers, and service providers to guarantee adherence to quality standards, strict cost management, and punctual delivery of services or materials.

Oversee adherence to health, safety, and legal mandates at every property to maintain full regulatory compliance.

Address facilities-related concerns in a timely and efficient manner to ensure prompt resolution.

Oversee the organization and upkeep of maintenance schedules, service records, and regulatory compliance documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates must possess at least 3 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on web applications. Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Java is essential, along with expertise in frameworks like React, Django, or Spring Boot. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly preferred. The role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or an equivalent discipline is required, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in one of these fields.
