Position Overview

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring full adherence to applicable local regulations, corporate policies, and globally recognized certification standards—such as GLOBAL. This position collaborates extensively with the HR Department, Health & Safety Supervisor, and cross-functional field and production teams to uphold compliance obligations, sustain audit preparedness, and foster a workplace environment built on safety, excellence, and ethical operational practices.
