Collaborate closely with Support and NMC teams to analyze fault incidents, guaranteeing precise and prompt resolution while verifying and relaying clearances as required.
Propose strategic enhancements to optimize network architecture and performance.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks systematically and compile detailed reports documenting all activities performed.
Collaborate with equipment vendors to conduct commissioning tests for new sites, ensuring all sites and links meet the established criteria outlined in engineering standards and factory specifications before acceptance.
Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports and submit them accordingly, while participating in daily meetings to assess progress and address any issues.
Investigate and document the root cause of link failures by completing the outage RCA form and providing supporting evidence upon request.
