Responsibilities include initiating vehicle job cards and accurately documenting the required repairs to be performed.
Providing customers with accurate repair timelines and maintaining strict adherence to these deadlines by offering ongoing progress updates throughout the repair process.
Crafting detailed repair cost estimates and maintaining consistent communication with clients to secure prompt approval for necessary repairs.
Drafting and submitting invoices for fully completed repair services, followed by monitoring and facilitating timely payments to ensure financial alignment.
Oversee ongoing repair operations by coordinating with workshop procurement teams and technicians to maintain uninterrupted repair processes within established deadlines.
Ensuring that all final repair works meet the company’s established quality benchmarks and compliance requirements.
Address customer inquiries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring their satisfaction through prompt resolution.
