The primary responsibilities associated with this position encompass the following:

Daily, you will design and implement engaging activities for children, meticulously aligning them with the curriculum, schemes of work, and lesson plans to address their social, physical, and emotional development comprehensively.
Collaborate with the resident teacher to design a classroom setting that fosters effective learning, aligns with students’ developmental stages and interests, and sustains an orderly and purposeful educational atmosphere.
Engage fully in all avenues for professional advancement, such as daily team meetings and debriefs, weekly sessions dedicated to professional development, personalized instructional coaching, and institution-wide learning initiatives and reflective practices.
Collaborate closely with the resident teacher to continuously evaluate student growth. Leverage assessment findings to refine instructional materials and delivery methods as needed.
Deliver an array of developmentally appropriate materials and resources that encourage children to engage through hands-on exploration, manipulation, and purposeful use, supporting both structured learning experiences and spontaneous imaginative play.
Demonstrate and supervise the proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials to ensure student safety and prevent potential damage or injuries.
Plan, direct, and facilitate a diverse range of programs aimed at fostering holistic growth in physical, cognitive, and social domains, including structured games, creative arts and crafts sessions, musical activities, and interactive storytelling experiences.
Prepare indoor and outdoor environments, including materials, classrooms, and play areas, to foster creative play, learning, and motor-skill development while ensuring safety.
Monitor each child’s development closely and compile comprehensive written assessments to share with the Principal, other school administrators, and parents.
Track and document children’s progress and developmental milestones through regular observation and detailed reporting.
Deliver instruction to students both individually and in group settings, customizing instructional strategies to align with diverse student needs and interests.
Upon welcoming children to the facility, assist them in adapting to the school environment by removing their outerwear and guiding them toward engaging activities tailored to their interests.
Develop and implement clear behavioral guidelines, policies, and operational procedures to ensure a structured and orderly environment for students.
The individual will oversee and coordinate various experiential learning initiatives, including class projects, field excursions, guest speaker engagements, and other hands-on activities. They will ensure these activities are effectively planned and executed, while also providing students with structured guidance to maximize learning opportunities from each experience.
To sustain and enhance professional proficiency, participate in professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.

Required qualifications and skills include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or mathematics, along with at least three years of professional experience in a related discipline. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies, as well as experience with machine learning frameworks, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are also necessary.
TSC certification, coupled with an Education Degree or P1 Diploma, is essential for this role.
Seeking candidates with a demonstrated history of 1–3 years in educational instruction, offering a solid foundation in classroom management and curriculum delivery.
