Oversee a range of critical duties that include managing project timelines, ensuring team alignment with organizational goals, and maintaining high standards of quality in deliverables. Monitor performance metrics to track progress and address any deviations promptly, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth and maintain a cohesive, motivated workforce. Additionally, serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and outcomes.

To devise and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at boosting revenue from food, beverage, events, and conference services.

Leverage strategic collaborations with corporate entities, group reservations, and targeted promotional initiatives to enhance revenue generation.

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies spanning various social media platforms and online channels.

Develop fresh business prospects while nurturing enduring partnerships with established clients to ensure sustained growth and satisfaction.

Drive awareness and generate demand for the organization’s conference facilities and event spaces through strategic marketing and promotional initiatives.

Envision and procure cutting-edge events, including themed evenings, corporate engagements, social functions, and additional initiatives designed to boost customer engagement and revenue streams.

Analyze market trends and competitor actions to uncover potential business opportunities.

Compile sales reports and monitor performance relative to established objectives.

Engage in networking events and business development initiatives with a polished representation of the organization, ensuring a professional presence and fostering meaningful connections.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. Proven expertise in software development, system architecture, and project management is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are necessary. Familiarity with industry-standard tools, frameworks, and best practices is expected. Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is highly desirable.

The preferred candidate must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

Holding a Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a comparable discipline is essential.

With a minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, you possess a proven and verifiable track record in the field.

Proficient in developing and implementing digital marketing and social media strategies is essential.

Possess a proven track record of employment within the hospitality sector, demonstrating hands-on experience in a dynamic service-oriented environment.

Consistently exhibit exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and fostering strong professional relationships.

Able to operate autonomously while consistently meeting sales objectives and fulfilling the terms of a performance-based agreement.

Demonstrate a high degree of creativity and innovation while effectively securing events and functions that drive business growth for the establishment and its conference facilities.

At this role, you will receive a competitive compensation package accompanied by performance-based incentives designed to recognize and reward your contributions to the organization’s success.

Monthly remuneration is set at KES 60,000.

A commission of 10% is earned on the monthly total of food sales generated.

Earn a 5% commission on all meetings and conference sales completed, contingent upon surpassing the monthly sales target of KES 2.8 million.
