Oversee and execute a diverse range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Analyze marketing tenders to discern client requirements and translate those insights into strategic advantages for the organization. Design and synchronize purchasing workflows tailored to individual accounts. Assess the therapeutic needs of major accounts to pinpoint discrepancies and potential opportunities. Spearhead institutional communications amid currency volatility to implement price modifications without compromising client retention. Gather and present critical sales metrics to inform executive decision-making processes.

Market research is conducted to identify current and prospective market demands for products. Competitors’ marketing initiatives are monitored and assessed. Market trends and product performance are analyzed, and the introduction of new products is overseen.

Stay abreast of emerging developments in marketing and communication strategies while fostering and sustaining high-quality customer service relationships to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.

Deliver outstanding service by addressing the unique requirements of internal and external customers, as well as third parties, while ensuring requests are handled promptly and in accordance with established service standards. Maintain service levels that align with expectations and promptly escalate any issues impacting performance to management for resolution.

Ensure full compliance with all applicable company policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

Maintain precise documentation of service and maintenance actions in designated systems and generate required reports in a timely manner.

Seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, supplemented by at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software is essential, alongside strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is required, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Demonstrated leadership in driving process improvements and delivering measurable results will be highly valued.

A Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline is required.

A minimum of five years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer sales is required, including at least two years in institutional or key account settings.

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of pivotal organizations operating within the sector.

Demonstrates a track record of success in marketing roles, complemented by robust capabilities in analytical reporting, presentation delivery, and business review processes.

Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, adept at engaging stakeholders with professionalism and resolving issues through collaborative efforts.

Maintaining a high standard of integrity and exercising discretion when handling customers’ data are essential, along with the capacity to balance competing priorities effectively. Furthermore, ensuring accuracy and consistently meeting deadlines are critical, particularly in a fast-paced setting.
