Position Overview

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring all farm operations adhere to applicable local regulations, corporate policies, and globally recognized certification standards such as GLOBAL. A.P., META, LEAF Marque, and Rainforest Alliance. This position collaborates extensively with the HR Department, Health & Safety Supervisor, and all field and production teams to uphold compliance standards, sustain audit preparedness, and foster a workplace culture grounded in safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Spearhead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration between departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and negotiating agreements to align with company goals.
