THE JOB
As a Subagent, your primary responsibility involves facilitating connections between prospective parents and students seeking overseas employment opportunities with Job Plus MHS College. This role entails no administrative tasks, performance-based targets, or any form of financial commitment.
You will be accountable for executing a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high standards of efficiency. Responsibilities include managing projects from inception to completion, overseeing team performance, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments, analyze data to inform decisions, and uphold compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between leadership and operational teams, fostering clear communication and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Distribute college brochures and course listings through your personal and professional networks, including WhatsApp groups, church communities, and various social media platforms.
Consult with parents and students to provide detailed explanations regarding course offerings, associated fees, and available salary benefits.
