Series Luxury Suites presents an Apprenticeship opportunity within our Security Department, specifically in CCTV Operations. This introductory program caters to candidates with less than two years of experience in security monitoring or comparable roles, aiming to cultivate expertise in professional surveillance and hospitality security.
Oversee a diverse range of critical tasks, including the analysis of complex data to identify trends, the development of strategic solutions to address operational challenges, and the supervision of cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Duties involve maintaining compliance with industry regulations, optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency, and fostering collaboration among departments to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, the role requires preparing detailed reports for executive review, managing stakeholder communications, and providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
Operate and maintain CCTV systems to safeguard premises and ensure security. Monitor surveillance feeds vigilantly while documenting and reporting any incidents with precision and timeliness.
Support the Security team by contributing to daily operations and ensuring adherence to compliance procedures. Maintain strict confidentiality and consistently uphold company standards and policies.
Requirements
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring. Applicants must possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in security-related fields.
Proficiency in managing information technology systems, along with a foundational understanding of surveillance technologies, is required.
A commitment to maintaining high standards, precision, and adherence to established procedures is essential. Additionally, strong collaboration and effective communication abilities are required.
Compensation
A monthly remuneration of KES 15,000 is offered for this position.
