The successful candidate will ensure the precise and punctual execution of conflict checks, expertly manage related correspondence and inquiries, and foster proactive communication among team members. What you will do

Ensures thorough and accurate conflict checks are diligently completed to maintain the highest ethical and legal standards. Responsible for verifying client identities, analyzing potential conflicts of interest, and assessing case histories to prevent any legal or professional violations. Requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to compliance with regulatory guidelines. Collaborates with legal teams and stakeholders to confirm no conflicts exist before proceeding with client engagements, thereby safeguarding the firm’s integrity and reputation.

Conduct comprehensive and meticulous conflict checks to ensure complete accuracy in all assessments.

Ensure all documentation consistently adheres to superior layout standards and impeccable neatness.

Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and well-substantiated data to ensure well-founded decision-making.

Review and validate all conflict checks prior to circulation to ensure comprehensive oversight.

Maintain comprehensive records of all communications and documentation pertinent to each individual case.

The average duration required to process conflict checks represents the time taken to resolve individual checks.

Perform all conflict checks within the specified timeframe of 2 to 5 business days.

Consistently pursue outstanding details to accelerate the resolution of cases without delay.

Ensure conflict checks are completed with an optimal Average Handling Time, maintaining efficiency and adherence to established protocols.

Provide support to team members as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.

Ensure consistent monitoring and follow-up regarding any pending information for all assigned cases handled by the team.

Ensure the team consistently achieves the 2-to-5-day target for completing conflict checks.

Maintaining effective dialogue and collaboration with both team members and senior leadership is essential for ensuring alignment and fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifications

A relevant Bachelor’s degree is required.

A minimum of one to two years of hands-on experience in a related professional capacity is required.

Individuals should possess familiarity with key regulatory bodies, including IFA and its standard-setting arm, IE SBA, as well as the SEC and PC AOB, among others.
