What you will do:
Lead 5G and 4G Core and Cloud initiatives for Ericsson’s ICT customers, overseeing projects from initial assessment to final implementation.

You must possess the following qualifications and competencies:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of six years of specialized experience, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record as a Program Manager, encompassing expertise in both Core and Cloud delivery.
With a proven track record in executing network function projects across physical, virtualized, and containerized environments, the ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in delivering comprehensive solutions. They will demonstrate expertise in designing, implementing, and managing network functions in diverse deployment models, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Proficiency in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to support scalable and resilient network architectures will be essential for success in this role.
Proven ability to design and implement automated solutions for testing and deployment workflows.
Skilled professionals should possess the ability to collaborate with sales teams, fostering the identification and pursuit of novel business opportunities to expand market reach and revenue generation.
Effective project oversight capabilities are essential, enabling the ability to steer projects toward established objectives and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Proficiency in financial analysis and a proven track record in crafting comprehensive business cases are essential prerequisites for this role.

Professionals should possess practical expertise in implementing and optimizing solutions across Packet Core and communications service platforms, including but not limited to Dual Mode Core, Policy and Charging Control (PCC)/Policy and Charging Gateway (PCG), Mobility Management Entity (MME), Evolved Packet Gateway (EPG), Subscriber-Aware Policy Controller (APC), Unified Data Management (UDM), IP Multimedia Subsystem Voice over LTE (IMS Vote), and Internet of Things (IoT) platforms.
Proficiency in automation and software management tools, including but not limited to JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, is required.
