Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and parts replacements as necessary to uphold reliability and efficiency. Utilize diagnostic tools and manufacturer guidelines to assess performance and recommend corrective actions. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including dates, tasks performed, and parts used, to support compliance and future reference. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations throughout all maintenance procedures. Profile
Holders of a Diploma or Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering are required for this role.
With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in generator maintenance and repair, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in servicing and troubleshooting power generation systems.
Proficiency in diesel engine mechanics and electrical systems is essential.
Proficiency in generator brands, including Perkins, Cummins, and CAT, is considered beneficial.
