Craft and implement Zuri’s comprehensive security strategy and policies.
Orchestrate comprehensive physical security and information protection initiatives to ensure robust safeguarding of assets and sensitive data.
Proactively evaluate, address, and reduce potential security threats throughout the entire organization to safeguard critical assets and ensure operational resilience.
Responsibilities include managing incident response efforts, conducting thorough investigations, and overseeing crisis management initiatives to ensure organizational resilience and operational continuity.
Ensure adherence to all applicable legal, regulatory, and industry-specific security standards to maintain compliance and mitigate risks effectively.
Ensure the physical safety and well-being of all personnel, including employees, executives, and guests.
Oversee and ensure the supervision of entry and exit points at Zuri Health facilities to maintain secure access control.
Protect Zuri Health’s assets, equipment, and intellectual property to ensure their security and integrity.
Craft comprehensive guidelines to structure medical and wellness outreach initiatives effectively.
Provide dependable in-home security services to safeguard staff well-being.
Ensure the Chief Executive Officer receives enhanced security measures.
Perform routine audits, evaluate risks, and execute security testing protocols at scheduled intervals.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or mathematics. Candidates must have at least five years of professional experience in a related discipline, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in key programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team are required. Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is highly advantageous.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
A minimum of ten years of hands-on experience in security management and leadership capacities is required.
Proven expertise in risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements is essential.
Proven track record in overseeing enterprise-level security operations is essential.
A strong capacity for leadership, articulate communication, and sound decision-making is essential.
Demonstrates a strong capacity to manage and mitigate crises and security incidents with prompt, decisive action.
