Prepare and deliver food and beverages to patrons as per their requests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
To maintain high service standards, engage with customers to confirm their satisfaction with their meals and promptly address any issues. Take initiative to resolve complaints effectively, ensuring each customer leaves content, and any concerns are fully addressed.
After customers have been served, the individual is responsible for clearing the tables in a timely and efficient manner.

Process financial transactions through various payment methods, including cash, checks, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
Prepare and distribute receipts, process refunds and credit transactions, and accurately calculate and return any change owed to customers.
At the onset of each shift, meticulously verify the cash drawer totals to confirm accuracy and ensure sufficient change availability.
Upon patrons’ arrival at the premises, extend a warm and professional welcome to each individual entering the establishment.
Ensure checkout areas are consistently kept clean, organized, and free of clutter to facilitate smooth customer flow and uphold a professional appearance.
Determine or confirm prices for merchandise, services, or entry fees, then compute invoices with the use of calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
Issue trading stamps, process food stamp redemptions, and handle coupon exchanges efficiently.
Address customer concerns and resolve disputes to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are also necessary. Responsibilities include designing scalable software solutions, leading development teams, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Requires a formally recognized qualification in Food and Beverage from an accredited institution.
Requires a minimum of two years of professional experience in a distinguished hotel or restaurant setting.
A diploma in food and beverage production and service is highly advantageous.
