Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive project success. Conduct thorough performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to foster professional development. Maintain accurate documentation, track progress meticulously, and report key metrics to senior leadership. Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and uphold compliance with industry regulations. Lead the strategic design of compelling, visually striking graphics utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, with a primary focus on achieving monthly sales targets.

Video Editing: Transform raw footage into compelling short-form content tailored for platforms like Reels, TikTok, and Cap Cut.

Manage the social media content calendar by drafting and scheduling posts for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram to ensure consistent publication.

Facilitate cross-functional teamwork by aiding the marketing department in the execution of new promotional initiatives and real-time event coverage.

Reporting involves monitoring weekly performance indicators and evaluating data insights to enhance audience engagement across all digital channels.

Conduct ongoing research to identify and analyze emerging trends across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with current industry developments.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, alongside strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in system design, debugging, and database management, with familiarity in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
