We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and contributing to strategic initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve key performance indicators. Accurately receive, confirm, and register patients—including corporate clients, individuals, and those covered by insurance schemes—in the system.

Bill patients for the hospital’s medical services using a variety of payment methods, such as cash, credit cards, Mesa, and checks.

Scan patient records into the appropriate insurance systems and conduct follow-up calls to ensure prompt approval of medical billing payments.

Provide patients with clear guidance regarding the approval status of their medical bills, facilitating their access to necessary hospital services.

Schedule follow-up visits for patients and provide them with the necessary information regarding their appointments.

Daily collections of bank cash and checks are processed, with receipts promptly forwarded to the senior cashier.

Upon receipt, all medical invoices must be promptly forwarded to the assistant accountant for processing and distribution.

Assigned duties may include additional tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor from time to time.

Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, alongside three to five years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Candidates should possess strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational talents, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the capacity to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. Prior experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement is highly valued.

Holders of a recognized diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other business-related fields are eligible for consideration.

A partial accounting qualification, such as CPA Part II or ARCA, is required for this position.

Proficient in utilizing various computer applications and systems to perform job-related tasks efficiently and accurately.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a related field is required.
