Formulate and implement annual business strategies tailored to designated Key Account chains.
Develop, finalize, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) as well as supply agreements in collaboration with Modern Trade partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
To uphold demand planning precision, maintain ideal inventory levels across all accounts and retail locations, track SKU performance meticulously, and deliver dependable sales forecasts.
Oversee the prompt collection of accounts receivable from designated Key Accounts, ensuring compliance with mutually agreed trading terms.
Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts with the primary objectives of enhancing brand visibility, fostering consumer engagement, and ensuring adherence to trade pricing policies.
Responsibilities include supervising external merchandising and sales agencies, performing periodic performance assessments to maintain high service standards.
Leverage Sales Automation and CRM platforms to enhance account management, reporting, and overall sales performance.
Spearhead the creation and execution of new product listings while ensuring triumphant market introductions across designated accounts.
Evaluate, authorize, and finalize annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with key customers.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to assess complex challenges. Effective communication and organizational abilities are also necessary to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration—ideally with a Marketing specialization—or a comparable field is required.
With a minimum of five to seven years of sales expertise, including at least three years dedicated to key account management within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) setting.
A clean, valid driving license with at least three years of uninterrupted driving experience is required.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with a demonstrated capability to interpret data and produce precise, well-informed reports.
