Our client is searching for an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer to assume complete operational leadership, enhance their organizational systems, and spearhead the next stage of strategic expansion.
Execute a comprehensive array of responsibilities encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Engage in high-level decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry best practices. With at least five years of executive leadership experience in roles such as General Manager, Director, or Chief Executive Officer—each involving direct responsibility for profit and loss—this position requires demonstrated expertise in strategic decision-making and financial oversight.
Experienced in delivering superior client service and enhancing operational efficiency within logistics environments.
Proficiency in the regulatory frameworks of Kenya and East Africa, including the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Kenya Ports Authority (PA), and Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEYS), is required.
A bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a closely related discipline is required, with preference given to candidates holding an MBA or professional certifications such as CULT or FIAT.
