Additionally, the position requires strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations to enhance institutional performance.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role entails developing and implementing strategic plans to drive organizational growth, analyzing financial data to inform decision-making, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in relevant software systems. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a managerial role, along with a degree in business administration or a related field.
Assist in designing and revising educational programs and course materials.
Develop a structured course outline to ensure comprehensive and effective delivery of the syllabus.
Craft engaging and comprehensive learning materials that fully align with the specified course curriculum to guarantee comprehensive coverage of all essential topics.
Deliver undergraduate, diploma, and certificate-level courses to students in an academic setting.
Administer and oversee examinations to assess students’ comprehension of course material, providing timely progress reports to the department.
Oversee student projects and participate in defense meetings to ensure successful completion of their studies.
Conduct research initiatives, develop scholarly publications, and engage in conferences to share the findings and advancements achieved.
Secure financial resources to bolster the university’s research initiatives through effective fundraising efforts.
Facilitate and oversee field studies while evaluating students during their practical attachments, trips, and internships to ensure comprehensive learning and development.
Engage actively in University-sanctioned meetings and institutional events to represent and contribute to institutional initiatives.
Ensure compliance with examination eligibility by meticulously reviewing class attendance records to confirm that students have attended at least 80% of all lectures prior to sitting for their exams.
Carry out administrative and other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
