The individual in this role will oversee the precise and prompt execution of conflict checks, skillfully handle corresponding correspondence and inquiries, and maintain proactive communication with the team. This position will assist in the firm’s risk management protocols while driving continuous improvement efforts.

What you will do

Conducts meticulous reviews to ensure the integrity of conflict checks, verifying adherence to established protocols and regulatory standards throughout the process. Maintains thorough documentation and promptly addresses any identified discrepancies to uphold compliance and mitigate potential risks. Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to clarify or resolve conflicts as needed, ensuring accurate and timely resolution. Demonstrates a strong commitment to precision and due diligence in all conflict assessment activities.

Conduct comprehensive and precise conflict checks to completion.

Ensure all documentation consistently meets high standards for layout and neatness.

Deliver accurate, pertinent, and verifiable data to substantiate well-founded decisions.

Prior to distribution, conduct a thorough review and validation of all conflict checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Maintain a comprehensive record of all communications and documentation pertaining to each case.

Experts in conflict checks must consistently achieve an optimal Average Handling Time to ensure efficient resolution of inquiries. This role requires a meticulous approach to reviewing and processing conflict information, verifying data accuracy, and maintaining strict compliance with established protocols. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising quality. Proficiency in relevant software and databases is essential to streamline workflows and support timely decision-making.

Perform all necessary conflict checks promptly, ensuring completion within the designated timeframe of two to five business days.

Ensure timely resolution of pending requests by actively pursuing outstanding details to accelerate the completion of cases.

Provide assistance to team members as needed to maintain seamless operational workflows.

Ensure continuous follow-up on all outstanding information pertaining to team cases.

Collectively, the team must consistently achieve the 2-to-5-day target for completing conflict checks.

Facilitates open and consistent dialogue between team members, department heads, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on objectives and project progress. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Three years of experience in software development or a comparable role is mandatory. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are necessary.

Earned a Bachelor’s degree in a field pertinent to the position.
