Formulate and implement Zuri’s comprehensive security strategy and policies in alignment with organizational objectives.

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage physical security and information protection initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust security frameworks to safeguard organizational assets, personnel, and sensitive data. Your duties will include assessing risks, establishing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Additionally, you will lead incident response efforts, conduct regular audits, and provide strategic guidance to enhance overall security posture.

Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of potential security threats, analyze their impact on organizational assets, and implement appropriate measures to minimize and manage associated risks effectively.

Responsible for the supervision, coordination, and execution of incident response efforts, forensic investigations, and crisis management initiatives to ensure timely resolution and mitigation of operational disruptions.

Guarantee adherence to all applicable legal, regulatory, and industry-specific security requirements to uphold organizational integrity and mitigate risk exposure.

Safeguard the physical safety and overall well-being of all employees, executives, and guests.

Oversee and regulate entry to the Zuri Health facilities, ensuring adherence to established security protocols and access control measures.

Protect Zuri Health’s assets, equipment, and intellectual property.

Develop structured guidelines and procedures specifically designed for medical and wellness outreach initiatives.

Provide dependable home-based security assistance to safeguard staff well-being.

Ensure the highest level of security and safeguarding measures are implemented and maintained for the Chief Executive Officer.

Perform routine audits, evaluate risks, and carry out security testing.

Other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer may also be required.

We seek candidates who possess a minimum of five years of direct experience in [relevant field], along with a proven track record of leadership in [specific area].
