Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic Content Creator to oversee the entire video production process—from filming and editing to publishing and performance analysis—for our growing real estate development firm. This role encompasses two key areas: crafting engaging, platform-specific content for our residential and commercial projects (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn) and producing internal assets such as health and safety briefings, training materials, internal communications, and site updates. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional self-motivation and organization, possess fluency in modern social media trends, and exhibit a strong commitment to evaluating and optimizing content performance post-launch.

What You’ll Do:

Create engaging, platform-optimized social content for our projects, including short-form vertical videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, as well as behind-the-scenes footage, lifestyle features, neighborhood highlights, construction updates, and launch-specific campaign content.

Occasionally, you will be tasked with creating refined films showcasing properties and developments, with an emphasis on quality over quantity. Given our three current developments, flagship tour and campaign videos will be produced less frequently but maintain exceptional standards. Typically, you can anticipate handling a limited number of these projects each quarter, frequently aligning with product launches or significant milestones.

Create compelling internal video productions, including health and safety briefs, site induction programs, training modules, internal communications, and team updates, ensuring clarity, optimal pacing, and intuitive comprehension.

You will oversee the complete workflow—from planning and shooting to editing, captioning, and publishing—without needing external direction on content selection or camera focus.

Monitor and optimize performance with agility. Upon identifying underperforming video content—whether due to an ineffective hook, mismatched format, poor audio quality, or unappealing thumbnail—you swiftly analyze the issue, create a revised version, and repost it promptly. No need for external prompting; you proactively assess engagement metrics and take corrective action.

Tailor content distinctly for each platform, as TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook each prioritize different engagement metrics—so optimize cuts and formats accordingly to maximize performance.

Monitor social platforms continuously to identify emerging trends, then introduce innovative formats, compelling hooks, and audio elements to the team before they gain widespread attention.

Develop and preserve our comprehensive content archive, systematically expanding it with each production. Incorporate a wide range of footage—including b-roll, establishing shots, lifestyle captures, aerial drone footage, and interior shots—into an organized, searchable system. Ensure all assets are meticulously logged, tagged, and categorized for instant retrieval, allowing any clip to be located and repurposed in mere minutes rather than hours.

Oversee your individual pipeline in Trello, ensuring daily updates to cards, systematic organization of the shooting schedule, proactive identification of blockers, and immediate attention to all pending tasks.

Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in email correspondence and Trello management, ensuring prompt replies within the same business day during standard working hours.

Expectations include establishing and maintaining clear performance benchmarks aligned with organizational goals. This role requires the ability to define, track, and assess key metrics to ensure consistent productivity and quality standards. Individuals in this position must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to generate meaningful insights from data. Additionally, they will be responsible for reporting progress to stakeholders and recommending improvements based on performance evaluations.

We produce 6-8 short-form social videos weekly for our developments’ channels, ensuring prompt delivery of time-sensitive content within the same or following day.

Internal videos for health and safety, training, and communications must be delivered within the same week, with a typical production volume of two to four videos per month, contingent upon business requirements.

Flagship development films are produced on a campaign basis, characterized by a lower production frequency but significantly elevated production standards, with meticulous planning conducted in advance.

Underperforming videos must be identified, recut, and reloaded within a 48-hour window following their initial release to ensure timely optimization and performance improvement.

You demonstrate a strong command of social media platforms, actively engaging with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube on a daily basis. Your ability to identify and analyze trending content is evident, as you can effortlessly cite three viral videos from the past week and articulate the factors contributing to their success.

You embrace a results-driven mindset, consistently monitoring the performance metrics of your work to identify areas for improvement. Rather than disregarding underperforming elements, you proactively analyze the data, refine your approach, and iterate until the desired outcome is achieved.

Able to operate independently on various shoots, seamlessly entering development sites, show homes, or office environments without prior preparation and immediately identifying the ideal shots—no shot list necessary.

You possess adaptability across various communication styles, seamlessly transitioning from crafting engaging TikTok hooks to producing concise, informative health and safety content that resonates with on-site teams. This dual proficiency ensures your work is both compelling and practical, bridging creativity with clarity to effectively engage diverse audiences.

Exceptional editing skills are paramount, with a relentless commitment to precision and efficiency. Primary responsibility lies in delivering polished, high-quality edits expediently, ensuring each piece meets the highest standards. A meticulous eye for detail and unwavering dedication to perfection define your approach, paired with the ability to finalize projects promptly and effectively.

You possess a discerning eye for property and lifestyle aesthetics—or the capacity to cultivate one with speed. With keen insight, you grasp precisely what appeals to buyers: abundant natural light, open layouts, seamless flow, desirable lifestyles, and sought-after neighborhoods.

You demonstrate exceptional systems discipline by maintaining consistent organization using Trello (or a comparable platform), ensuring prompt responses to emails within four business hours, and avoiding any prolonged absence from assigned tasks.

Proficiency with either personal equipment or provided gear is essential, including cameras, gimbals, drones (highly preferred), lighting setups, audio tools, and editing software such as Premiere, Cap Cut, or da Vinci.

We value tangible examples of your work—portfolio pieces, reels, social videos, and brand or corporate projects—demonstrating completed projects rather than speculative concepts.

Possesses a valid drone license and extensive experience in capturing aerial footage.

Professional background in real estate, property development, architecture, interior design, or construction-related content is required.

Skilled in developing corporate, training, or health and safety content specifically tailored for internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in motion graphics, foundational color grading techniques, and sound design methodologies is required.

Proven ability to craft compelling captions and attention-grabbing hooks with precision and creativity.
