Craft and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives designed to elevate revenue streams across food, beverage, events, and conference services.

Facilitate revenue growth by cultivating corporate alliances, securing group reservations, and executing strategic promotional initiatives.

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies spanning various social media platforms and online channels to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Develop innovative strategies to identify and pursue new business prospects while fostering enduring partnerships with current clients.

Drive awareness and generate demand for the organization’s conference facilities and event spaces through strategic marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Devise and curate original events, themed evenings, corporate gatherings, social functions, and other initiatives designed to elevate customer engagement and boost revenue streams.

Monitor market dynamics and competitor strategies to uncover potential avenues for business growth and expansion.

Compile sales reports and monitor progress relative to established benchmarks.

You will serve as an ambassador for the organization at networking events and business development functions, demonstrating professionalism and engagement in all interactions.

Seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities effectively. Prior experience in project management or leadership is highly desirable.

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Requires a Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or an equivalent qualification in a related discipline.

Minimum three (3) years of hands-on sales and marketing experience is required, along with a demonstrated and verifiable history of success in the field.

Possess a deep understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies.

Professional candidates will possess a proven track record of employment within the hospitality sector.

Exhibit exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and the cultivation of professional relationships.

Capable of operating autonomously and efficiently while meeting sales objectives and fulfilling the terms of a performance-based agreement.

Creativity and innovation are essential, along with a strong ability to draw in events and functions that drive business growth for the establishment and its conference facilities.

Earn a 10% commission on all monthly food sales achieved, providing a direct financial incentive tied to performance outcomes.
