Position Overview

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring all farm operations adhere to applicable local regulations, corporate policies, and international certification requirements—such as GLOBAL. A.P, META, LEAF Marque, and Rainforest Alliance. This position collaborates extensively with the HR Department, Health & Safety Supervisor, and cross-functional field and production teams to uphold compliance standards, sustain audit preparedness, and foster a workplace culture centered on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Oversee a diverse range of critical functions and operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Execute primary responsibilities including strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-departmental coordination to drive performance excellence.
