Our prestigious high-end golf club in Nairobi is urgently seeking professional, polished, and customer-oriented Receptionists and Waiters to enhance their team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential, along with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is mandatory, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are critical for success in this position. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

A degree or diploma in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is required for this position.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in a front office or receptionist capacity, ideally within a luxury hospitality setting, is required.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and demonstrating a strong command of computer operations.

Proficient in front office operations and customer service management, with a strong command of organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Seasoned in operating front office equipment and handling payment processing machines, including PDQ terminals, is required.

Proficient in both English and Kiswahili, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

A polished and professional demeanor, strong interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.

Highly proficient in managing multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining meticulous organizational standards.

Maintains absolute confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and circumstances.

Crafted to accommodate operational demands, the work schedule outlines specific hours and potential flexibility to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and team coordination.

Responsibilities for the first shift include an operational timeframe from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM daily. This shift requires adherence to the established schedule to ensure seamless workflow throughout the designated hours.

Shift two operates from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Nairobi-based position available, requiring a dynamic individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. The role demands proficiency in project management, exceptional communication skills, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing team operations, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining strong client relationships. Fluency in both English and Swahili is essential, alongside a proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Candidates must exhibit strong leadership qualities, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

A gross salary of Ash 40,000 is offered for this position.
