Drive branch sales performance beyond established targets, placing particular emphasis on the expansion of Non-Motor insurance product offerings.
To assemble and lead a high-performance team, recruit, onboard, and develop Unit Managers, Marketing Sales Executives, Independent Agents, Bancassurance Executives, Brokers, and support staff while providing ongoing guidance and support.
Execute and oversee the execution of corporate strategies, marketing initiatives, and business development projects at the branch level.

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary. Additionally, prior experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related discipline is required. Possession of an insurance diploma, such as those from INK or CII, is considered a valuable asset.
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in branch operations is required.
Established expertise in consistently achieving sales targets and effectively managing teams.
