Series Luxury Suites is pleased to announce an Apprenticeship opportunity within our Security Department, specifically in CCTV Operations. This entry-level program caters to candidates with less than two years of experience in security monitoring or comparable fields, offering a pathway to advance a career in professional surveillance and hospitality security.
Oversee and execute essential duties encompassing project management, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project milestones, mitigate risks, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed performance targets. Provide leadership in identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing strategic initiatives, and maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and accountability throughout all phases of work.
Operate and maintain CCTV systems to safeguard facilities and ensure security protocols are followed. Monitor surveillance feeds continuously, promptly documenting and reporting any incidents with accuracy and urgency to relevant authorities.
Support the Security team by contributing to daily operations and ensuring adherence to compliance protocols. Safeguard sensitive information and consistently align with established company policies and standards.
The position necessitates a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a comparable role, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets efficiently. Excellent communication abilities are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings clearly to stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, and any advanced certifications will be viewed favorably. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, adaptability to evolving project demands, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Requires a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring. Candidates should possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a security-related field.
Proficiency in managing surveillance systems and handling IT-related tasks is required.
