Examine and analyze previously submitted medical records to derive meaningful insights and conclusions.
Prepare comprehensive documentation of all interactions with service providers, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in recording details of each communication.
Establish and maintain follow-up schedules while promptly escalating any issues to the designated paralegals for resolution.
Responsibilities include managing electronic documentation and verifying that case advancement occurs without delay.
