We are currently seeking a seasoned and high-performing Senior Sales Associate to represent our valued client, a premier provider of ICT, ELF (Extra Low Voltage), and integrated technology solutions throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.
The ideal candidate will spearhead revenue expansion, cultivate high-value client partnerships, uncover untapped business prospects, and extend the company’s market presence across regional territories. Applicants must possess strong commercial acumen and a track record of successfully selling ICT hardware, technology solutions, networking infrastructure, security systems, data center solutions, or comparable offerings.
The preferred candidate should exhibit extensive regional market knowledge extending beyond Kenya, alongside a proven history of exceeding sales targets, nurturing key accounts, and finalizing high-value B2B agreements.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including strategic planning, project management, and operational oversight to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, processes, and best practices to enhance productivity and compliance across departments. Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize workflows, and achieve key performance indicators. Collaborate with senior leadership to align initiatives with long-term business goals and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate potential risks. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to cultivate talent, enhance skills, and promote professional development. Drive sales and deliver tailored ICT equipment, ELF systems, and technology solutions to corporate, government, NGO, education, and commercial clients.
Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives designed to drive revenue growth and meet predetermined objectives.
Oversee the complete sales process, spanning from initial prospecting through to deal closure, and provide ongoing account management.
Develop comprehensive proposals, cost estimates, presentations, and tender submissions to meet project requirements and client expectations.
Forge and sustain robust connections with both current and potential clients to enhance business growth and client satisfaction.
Analyze client business requirements to recommend tailored technology solutions that align with organizational objectives and operational needs.
Perform routine client engagements, deliver informative presentations, and execute product demonstrations to effectively showcase offerings.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of professional experience in the industry, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in B2B sales across the ICT, ELF, telecommunications, networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technology solutions industries, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in driving revenue and cultivating long-term client relationships.
Proven track record in selling information and communication technology (ICT) equipment and solutions.
Demonstrated success in managing markets across regions beyond Kenya’s borders.
A solid grasp of ICT infrastructure, networking, security systems, data center solutions, or similar technologies is essential.
Proven ability to craft compelling proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and conduct effective negotiations.
Demonstrated expertise in commercial strategy with a proven track record of successfully negotiating and finalizing high-value transactions.
Demonstrates proficiency in establishing and sustaining high-level connections with key stakeholders and executive clients.
Demonstrates strong expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrates flexibility and availability for domestic and regional travel across Kenya as needed.
