Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Content Creator to manage the entire video production process—from filming and editing to distribution and performance analysis—for a leading real estate developer. This position encompasses two key areas: creating engaging, brand-aligned content for external platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as producing internal communications like health and safety videos, training modules, company updates, and site-specific announcements. The ideal candidate is highly efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently, with a strong command of social media trends and a passion for analyzing and optimizing content performance post-launch.

What You’ll Do:

Develop engaging, platform-optimized content tailored for social media channels, including concise vertical videos for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, behind-the-scenes footage, lifestyle features, community-focused segments, construction updates, and promotional material aligned with launch campaigns.

Occasionally, create high-quality property and development films, with a focus on our three current projects. While these flagship tour and campaign videos are produced in limited quantities, they demand meticulous attention to detail and excellence. Typically, a few such videos are required each quarter, often aligned with significant launches or key milestones.

Create engaging internal video content, including health and safety videos, site induction materials, training resources, internal announcements, and team communications. Ensure clarity, smooth pacing, and ease of comprehension throughout all productions.

Own the entire workflow — from conceptualization and filming to editing, captioning, and publication — with complete autonomy. You determine the visual direction and content focus independently, without requiring external direction on what to capture.

Monitor performance metrics and refine content accordingly. Upon detecting suboptimal video performance—whether due to a weak opening, mismatched format, poor audio quality, or an ineffective thumbnail—you swiftly produce and re-upload a revised version without waiting for external feedback. Proactive in identifying engagement declines, you analyze data independently to pinpoint issues and take immediate corrective action.

Tailor content to align with the unique preferences of each platform—whether TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, or Facebook—since each reward distinct engagement patterns. Adjust the format and length of your content accordingly to optimize performance.

Monitor social platforms diligently to identify emerging trends, then actively propose innovative formats, compelling hooks, and engaging audio content to the team for consideration.

Develop and oversee the content library, ensuring it remains comprehensive and well-organized. Each production adds new assets—such as b-roll, establishing shots, lifestyle footage, drone footage, and interiors—to the collection, which are then logged, tagged, and filed for quick retrieval. This system enables efficient access to any asset, reducing search time from hours to mere minutes.

Oversee your own workflow in Trello by ensuring cards are updated each day, maintaining a structured shooting schedule, identifying potential obstacles early, and guaranteeing no tasks remain unaddressed.

Efficient communication via email and Trello is required, with a commitment to providing same-day responses during standard business hours.

Expectations include establishing and maintaining clear, measurable performance targets aligned with organizational goals. The role requires regular monitoring of progress through key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Accurate forecasting and trend analysis are essential to optimize resource allocation and meet projected deliverables. Additionally, the position demands consistent communication of results to stakeholders through structured reporting mechanisms. Compliance with established benchmarks and continuous improvement initiatives are also critical components of this responsibility.

This position prioritizes efficient and timely deliveries. The ideal applicant will reliably achieve approximately:

Produce six to eight short-form social videos weekly for our development channels, ensuring immediate attention to time-sensitive content with same-day or next-day delivery.

Internal videos, including those focused on health and safety, training, and communications, are produced with a same-week turnaround, typically amounting to 2–4 videos monthly based on evolving business requirements.

Flagship development films are produced on a campaign basis, featuring reduced frequency but elevated production quality, and meticulously planned in advance.

Underperforming videos must be identified, recut, and reloaded within a 48-hour window following their initial release.

Must-Haves:

Proven expertise in native social media usage, demonstrated by consistent daily engagement across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You can identify three trending videos from this week and articulate their viral appeal and underlying strategies.

You demonstrate a performance-driven approach by closely monitoring the analytics of your work. Upon identifying underperformance, you proactively diagnose the issue and refine your approach rather than shifting focus to the next task.

Experienced in working autonomously on various shoots, you effortlessly adapt to any location—whether a development site, a model home, or a corporate office—without prior preparation. With an innate understanding of what to document, you require no pre-defined shot list to deliver exceptional results.

You demonstrate adaptability across different communication styles, effortlessly crafting engaging TikTok hooks and then seamlessly transitioning to produce concise, reassuring health and safety videos that on-site teams find valuable and easy to understand.

An editor who excels in precision and efficiency, delivering polished content with swift, high-quality revisions. You prioritize accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless work is completed and submitted promptly.

You possess a discerning eye for property and lifestyle aesthetics, or the capacity to cultivate one swiftly. Recognizing the elements that resonate with buyers—such as natural light, spacious layouts, seamless flow, desirable lifestyles, and appealing neighborhoods—comes naturally to you.

You demonstrate exceptional systems discipline by maintaining rigorous organization through Trello (or a comparable tool), ensuring prompt email responses within four business hours, and remaining consistently engaged with every brief—never allowing communication to lapse.

Proficiency with either personal equipment or our provided gear is required, including cameras, gimbals, drones (preferred), lighting setups, audio recorders, and editing software such as Premiere, Cap Cut, da Vinci, or equivalent programs.

We’re interested in tangible proof of your capabilities: your portfolio, reels, social videos, and brand or corporate projects. What matters most is what you’ve delivered in practice—not hypothetical concepts or unexecuted ideas.

Nice-to-Haves:

A valid drone license and previous experience in capturing aerial footage are required.

Candidates should possess prior experience in creating content related to real estate, property development, architectural design, interior spaces, or construction projects.

Competence in developing corporate, training, or health and safety content tailored for internal stakeholders is essential.

Proficiency in motion graphics, foundational color grading techniques, and sound design is required.

Experienced in crafting compelling captions and attention-grabbing hooks that resonate with audiences.

Your evaluation will be based on a thorough assessment of your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role’s requirements. Our review process will consider your demonstrated skills, past achievements, and potential to contribute effectively to the team.

As part of the interview process, candidates who have been shortlisted will be required to complete the following tasks:

Refine the provided raw footage, condensing approximately 10 minutes into a polished 45-second Reel, and deliver the final version within a 24-hour timeframe.

A performance review would involve you presenting one of your underperforming videos, analyzing the factors that contributed to its lackluster results, and outlining the specific adjustments you would implement in a revised cut to enhance its effectiveness.

For next week’s developments, propose a single trending format and articulate its compelling hook.
