Perform thorough quality inspections on completed items prior to shipment to ensure adherence to established standards.
Ensure that all kitchen operations adhere to stringent cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely replenishment of ingredients, and adhere to stock rotation practices following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
Diligent documentation of inefficiencies and prompt escalation of operational challenges to the Kitchen Leads are required duties.
Verify that production records and daily checklists are filled out with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
Ensure the workspace is consistently maintained in a clean, organized, and efficient manner to support productivity and workflow.
Proactively diagnose issues and communicate them without delay to maintain seamless operational efficiency.

Requirements
A diploma or degree in Food Production, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, Operations, or an equivalent discipline is required.
0–2 years of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality services, retail environments, customer service roles, manufacturing, or food production is highly desirable.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and thrives in high-pressure environments with precision and composure.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in group settings and maintain clear, professional communication channels.
Demonstrates exceptional organizational capabilities and a proactive approach to assuming responsibility for assigned tasks and projects.
Able to accommodate varied shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.

Nice to Have
A valid Food Handler’s Certificate or HACCP certification is required.
