Position Overview

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring full adherence of farm operations to applicable local regulations, corporate policies, and internationally recognized certification standards such as GLOBAL. A.P, META, LEAF Marque, and the Rainforest Alliance. This position collaborates extensively with Human Resources, the Health & Safety Supervisor, and all field and production teams to uphold compliance, sustain audit preparedness, and foster a workplace culture centered on safety, quality, and operational integrity.

Overseeing a range of critical duties and strategic initiatives, this position entails executing key responsibilities that drive organizational success. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
