JOB SUMMARY
Rest Sure Insurance Agencies Ltd. seeks a detail-oriented, methodical, and driven Insurance Administration Officer to oversee the agency’s operational and structural workflows. The ideal candidate will serve as the cornerstone of our back-office infrastructure, guaranteeing smooth policy administration, precise underwriting documentation, meticulously maintained client records, and expedited claims processing. Beyond these core responsibilities, the officer will enhance the agency’s digital framework by refining customer onboarding processes, monitoring online lead conversions, and strengthening digital brand visibility to foster sustainable business expansion.
Execute a comprehensive array of strategic and operational duties, including the oversight of project timelines, team coordination, and performance metrics evaluation. Develop and implement policies to enhance operational efficiency, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives and streamline workflows, while providing leadership and mentorship to team members to drive productivity and professional growth. Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets and achieve fiscal targets.
Develop and manage insurance applications, endorsements, and policy documents across various product lines, ensuring strict structural compliance through meticulous review and processing.
Provide expert oversight of client portfolios to deliver prompt, professional responses addressing premium quotes, coverage details, account inquiries, and renewal arrangements.
As the primary liaison with collaborating insurance underwriters, oversee the seamless verification of risks, management of documentation uploads, and prompt issuance of policies.
Systematically receive insurance claim notices, compile necessary documentation in support of clients, submit claims to designated underwriters, and proactively follow up to facilitate timely settlements.
Maintain meticulously organized, secure, and precise digital and physical client records. Systematically compile and generate periodic reports on production data, performance metrics, and operational capacity.
Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across social media and other digital platforms. Monitor customer engagement online, track incoming digital leads, and oversee client communication portals on the web.
Ensure all administrative processes strictly adhere to internal standard operating procedures and comply with the legal frameworks mandated by local insurance regulatory authorities.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming is mandatory. Prior experience in software development or a related field is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are crucial. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also required.
A relevant educational background includes a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or another closely related commercial field.
A Certificate of Proficiency (COP) qualification is highly regarded and serves as a significant competitive edge for candidates.
Professional Experience: Candidates must possess at least one (1) year of focused experience in back-office insurance operations, administrative functions, underwriting support, or financial services portfolio management.
A high level of digital literacy and technical skills is required, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, as well as hands-on experience with digital business platforms, content delivery tracking systems, and lead management tools. The role demands excellent communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
