Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with broader company goals, fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment. Conduct regular evaluations of processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement, implementing data-driven solutions where necessary. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination to drive operational excellence. Maintain meticulous records, adhere to compliance standards, and uphold the highest levels of professional integrity in all activities. Collaborate with pertinent business units to design and revise technical training materials.
Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly training calendars to align with organizational objectives and employee development needs.
Perform a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to pinpoint gaps in capabilities.
Deliver technical training programs tailored for workshop and Afterwales teams to enhance their skill sets and operational proficiency.
Assess the impact of training programs and identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements to ensure optimal performance and development outcomes.
Consistently update training materials to reflect current industry developments, emerging technologies, and organizational benchmarks.
Oversee the maintenance of training records and deliver consistent reports detailing training activities and their respective outcomes.
Seeking a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in project management, possessing strong organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Requires a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory; a Master’s degree is advantageous. Must demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana, and exceptional communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and mitigating risks through proactive problem-solving.
A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Auto Mechanics, or an equivalent field is required.
Strong competency in utilizing computer applications, with particular expertise in Microsoft Office, is essential.
A minimum of eight to ten years of hands-on experience within the automotive sector, with a focus on Afterwales, workshop management, or technical education, is required.
