The ideal candidates will spearhead sales initiatives, foster strong customer relationships, and consistently meet established performance targets.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties including leading strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations, while delivering measurable results that align with organizational objectives. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth. Monitor departmental performance through detailed reporting, data analysis, and regular assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships built on transparency, accountability, and trust.

Proactively cultivate and expand the client base by engaging in direct outreach, leveraging professional networks, and utilizing online channels to promote logbook loans, motorbike financing and sales, as well as phone financing and sales.

Client Relationship Management: Forge and nurture meaningful, lasting connections with both new and existing customers to drive satisfaction and foster repeat engagements.

Demonstrate comprehensive mastery of the full range of products and services available, articulating loan characteristics, contractual conditions, and detailed product specifications with clarity and precision to every customer interaction.

Guide clients seamlessly through the application process for loans or purchases, meticulously gathering and validating all required documentation while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Perform comprehensive financial and credit evaluations, including preliminary appraisals of clients and businesses, to ascertain qualification criteria and proactively address potential risks.

To excel in this role, you will consistently meet or surpass individual sales and performance goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis across all product categories.

Market research involves tracking market dynamics and competitor actions, then delivering strategic insights to management to refine sales strategies and pioneer new products or promotions.

Reports must be prepared and submitted on a regular basis, detailing sales performance metrics, customer engagement data, and market feedback insights.

Provide outstanding after-sales service and support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in industry-standard software platforms and tools is necessary. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also critical. Experience in project management or related roles is preferred. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices is a plus.

A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent discipline is highly desirable.

With a proven track record in sales—ideally within financial services, microfinance, or the sale of motor vehicles and electronics—candidates will gain a competitive edge.

Proficient in both English and Swahili, with exceptional abilities in verbal and written communication.
