The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for technology, customer training, software presentations, and sales. Responsibilities include educating clients on our POS and ERP systems, delivering engaging product demonstrations, assisting with implementations, and contributing to the expansion of our customer base.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership, to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of accountability. We provide comprehensive training to customers on the utilization of Point of Sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems, ensuring they fully understand system functionalities and can operate them efficiently.
Deliver software demonstrations, led presentations, and provide detailed product walkthroughs to highlight key features and functionalities.
Provide assistance in deploying software solutions and facilitating client integration procedures.
Provide clients with expert guidance during setup, resolve technical issues as they arise, and deliver timely user support to ensure a seamless experience.
Develop and nurture enduring customer connections to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct on-site visits to client locations for the purpose of delivering training sessions and providing technical assistance.
REQUIREMENTS
A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Marketing is required for this position.
Hold a degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related business discipline.
Demonstrates a keen enthusiasm for technology, software solutions, and the facilitation of customer training programs.
Exceptional ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, with a keen aptitude for delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
