A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in database administration, with expertise in Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server platforms, is required.
Proven proficiency in high availability and disaster recovery solutions, including Data Guard and Availability Groups, is essential.
Proficiency in utilizing performance tuning and troubleshooting tools, including AWR, ASH, and execution plans, is required.
Proficiency in implementing and managing backup and recovery strategies, including MAN and native tools, is required.
