* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required * 3+ years of experience in software development * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ * Experience with web frameworks like React or Angular * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work in an Agile environment * Excellent communication skills * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure preferred * Knowledge of databases including SQL and NoSQL is a plus

Holders of a degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or Statistics are required for this role.

With a minimum of five years of professional experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), including at least three years in a senior or leadership capacity within M&E roles, candidates should demonstrate a strong background in designing, implementing, and overseeing evaluation frameworks.

Experienced professionals with a proven track record in implementing non-profit or NGO initiatives within on-the-ground environments are encouraged to apply, with a preference for candidates with prior work in Kenya.

Demonstrated expertise in monitoring and evaluation, with a focus on developing and optimizing data collection and measurement tools to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Experienced professionals who have supported program teams in leveraging data for continuous learning, informed decision-making, program adjustments, and donor reporting are encouraged to apply.

Experienced candidates will demonstrate strong proficiency in using leading data analysis tools, including but not limited to SPSS, STATE, Excel, Power BI, or equivalent software platforms.

Proficiency in utilizing mobile data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox, OK, Comm Care, or comparable systems is required.

Exceptional proficiency in qualitative methodologies, particularly interviews and narrative development, along with the ability to discern meaningful patterns and insights beyond quantitative data.

Exceptional proficiency in crafting detailed reports and outstanding communication abilities are essential for this role.
