Oversee and execute the primary duties associated with the role, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Manage a range of critical tasks, including regular monitoring and reporting, to maintain operational efficiency and compliance. Analyze tenders to assess their requirements, leveraging these insights to enhance company competitiveness. Design and tailor procurement strategies for each account to ensure alignment with business objectives. Evaluate the therapeutic requirements of key accounts to pinpoint gaps and capitalize on opportunities. Oversee institutional communications during periods of currency volatility, implementing price adjustments to preserve client relationships. Compile and present critical sales data to inform strategic decision-making processes.

Market Monitoring responsibilities include performing comprehensive market research to identify requirements for both current and upcoming products. This role involves closely tracking and assessing competitors’ marketing strategies, as well as analyzing key market trends and product performance metrics. Additionally, the position oversees the successful introduction and launch of new products into the market.

Stay abreast of evolving marketing and communication trends while fostering enduring, high-quality customer service relationships.

Demonstrate a commitment to service excellence by addressing the unique requirements of internal and external customers, as well as third parties, with urgency and adherence to established service standards. Verify that service levels consistently align with expectations, and escalate any concerns that may impact performance to the Management team without delay.

Ensure full compliance with all applicable company policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

Maintain precise documentation of service and maintenance activities within designated systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Submit reports in a timely manner as specified by organizational requirements.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. The ideal applicant will demonstrate proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as the position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to project deadlines. Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity is highly desirable.

A relevant scientific discipline requires completion of a bachelor’s degree as the foundational educational prerequisite.

We seek candidates with a minimum of five years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer sales, including at least two years in institutional or key account management.

Experienced in marketing functions, with a robust ability to deliver analytical reports, create compelling presentations, and conduct thorough business reviews.
