Depending on the designated authority and geographic assignment, a Driver at this level could perform the following responsibilities:
Ensures the secure and professional transportation of authorized personnel by operating vehicles safely and efficiently.
Collects and delivers of mail, documents, and other items.
Greet official personnel upon arrival at the airport and assist with all necessary immigration and customs procedures as mandated.
Handles the routine upkeep of assigned vehicles, conducting checks on essential components such as oil, water, battery, brakes, and tires; performs minor repairs and coordinates additional service as needed to maintain optimal vehicle condition. Additionally, ensures all vehicles remain clean and presentable at all times.
Records official travel details, daily mileage, fuel usage, oil changes, lubrication services, and other related maintenance activities.
Ensures all regulatory and procedural requirements are followed in the event of an accident.
Assists in gathering and evaluating data, creating data presentations and reports facilitating information sharing, address inquiries, support knowledge management initiatives, and aid in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Collaborates on the creation of visual representations and the maintenance of informational content, including websites and promotional materials like brochures.
Assumes additional responsibilities as required by management or operational needs.
Education
