Our organization is currently seeking a Finance & Administration Officer to enhance finance operations, manage payroll administration, ensure compliance, and facilitate reporting functions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
A recognized CPA(K) designation or an ongoing commitment to obtaining this certification is a prerequisite for this position.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of three to five years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
Experienced candidates should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of tax regulations and payroll management processes.
Requires strong skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.
Proven expertise in preparing accurate financial reports and conducting meticulous reconciliations of accounts to ensure alignment and compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintaining unwavering integrity and demonstrating meticulous attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.
Demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning and the ability to effectively resolve complex issues.
