Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and vendors, to align project goals with organizational objectives and facilitate seamless communication. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and risk assessments, to support decision-making and compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize disruptions, while proactively addressing issues to maintain project momentum. Provide leadership by delegating tasks, motivating team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.

Spearhead business expansion initiatives and enhance brand equity within designated Key Accounts to foster sustained growth and market presence.

Achieve predetermined sales volume, revenue, and operating income targets for the entire beverage and fresh produce product portfolio across specified retail chains.

Formulate and implement comprehensive annual business strategies tailored to designated Key Account chains.

Develop, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and supply agreements in collaboration with Modern Trade partners.

Ensure the precision of demand planning by sustaining optimal inventory levels across all accounts and retail locations, closely tracking SKU performance, and delivering dependable sales projections.

Responsible for ensuring prompt collection of accounts receivable from designated Key Accounts, adhering strictly to mutually agreed trading terms.

Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts to enhance brand visibility, foster consumer engagement, and ensure adherence to trade pricing policies.

Responsible for managing relationships with third-party merchandising and sales agencies, performing ongoing performance assessments to maintain high service standards.

Leverage Sales Automation and CRM platforms to enhance account management, reporting accuracy, and overall sales performance.

Spearhead the development and strategic rollout of innovative product listings, ensuring seamless market penetration and successful introductions within designated accounts.

Evaluate, authorize, and endorse annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with key customers.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. Candidates must possess at least three years of hands-on experience in the specified industry, along with proficiency in relevant software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to convey complex ideas clearly. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is also necessary.

A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (ideally with a Marketing specialization), or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five to seven years of sales experience, including at least three years dedicated to key account management within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) setting, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in driving revenue and fostering client relationships.

A valid and clean driving license, accompanied by at least three years of uninterrupted driving experience, is required.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with a demonstrated aptitude for data analysis and the crafting of precise, informative reports.
