Each day, develop and implement engaging activities tailored to the children’s developmental needs, aligning with the established curriculum, schemes of work, and lesson plans to support their social, physical, and emotional growth.
In collaboration with the resident teacher, establish a classroom atmosphere that supports effective learning, aligns with students’ developmental stages and interests, and ensures a structured, goal-oriented educational setting.
Engage fully in various avenues for professional advancement, such as daily team gatherings and reflective sessions, weekly meetings focused on professional growth, instructional coaching, and organization-wide learning and reflection opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with the resident teacher to continuously evaluate student progress through ongoing assessments. Leverage assessment data to refine instructional content and adapt delivery methods as needed.
Deliver a diverse collection of materials and resources to facilitate children’s exploration, manipulation, and utilization in both structured learning activities and imaginative play scenarios.

Skills and Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics, or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, or C++. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on analytical thinking. Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices. Familiarity with databases and SQL for data management. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively in team settings. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Prior experience in software development, system design, or related technical roles preferred. Understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. TSC certification, along with a Degree in Education or a P1 Diploma, is required for this position.
With a minimum of one to three years of classroom instruction experience, candidates should possess a proven track record in delivering effective lessons and fostering student engagement. This role demands familiarity with diverse teaching methodologies and the ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet varying student needs. Prior experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment is essential for success in this position.
