We seek candidates who possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are essential. Additionally, strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, are required.

A qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation or Statistics is required for this position.

Professionals should possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), including at least three years in a senior or leadership capacity within the M&E field.

Proven track record in implementing non-profit or NGO initiatives within field-based environments, ideally within Kenya.

Demonstrates extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, with a strong ability to develop and enhance data collection and measurement tools.

Skilled in aiding program teams in leveraging data for continuous learning, informed decision-making, program enhancement, and donor reporting.

Proven expertise in utilizing data analysis tools, including SPSS, STATE, Excel, Power BI, or comparable software, is essential.

Proficiency in utilizing mobile data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox, OK, Comm Care, or comparable systems is required.

Proven expertise in qualitative research methods, such as conducting insightful interviews, crafting compelling narratives, and interpreting underlying patterns beyond mere numerical data.

Proven ability to produce clear, concise reports and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
