Job Purpose:
The organization is in search of a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive eager to expand travel sales by securing and nurturing partnerships with academic institutions, corporate entities, and non-governmental organizations.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and team performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless communication and cohesive workflows. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth. Manage stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns and delivering solutions that support long-term business objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Identify, prospect and generate new business opportuntires
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve abnd exceed revenue targets
Prepare and deliver compeling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after sales support
Maintain an up to date sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance
Attend industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality or related industry
Proven track record in B2B Sales and achievinbg sales targets
Self driven, proactive and able to work independntly
Experience dealing with institutions and corporates
Strong business development and networking skills
